Sting Symphonicity ' Estate mission "February 2011

Mission Estate Winery concert is one of the most important year in New Zealand. One off Show and he hosted some of the biggest names and affect in popular music. It was only natural that they would make New Zealand tour Symphonicity Sting.

This is not mean feat for the place that started the whole phenomenon of tour a winery in New Zealand in 1993. In his Opera diva Dame Kiri Te Kanawa was an artist and people were intrigued at the idea of sitting in a bank account, wine and listening to music.

Since then The Concert the mission appeared high calibre artists like Ray Charles, Rod Stewart, Sir Cliff Richard, Sir Tom Jones and virtually all of Motown. So this year we had the Sting-not only the song Sting, but the way they are with a bit of an expansive orchestral twist, and i confess, I was not worried.

I spent most of 1995, listening to the Fields of Gold-the best of Sting and most of 2000 Routledge, Brand New Day, so no one was happier than me that he is coming to my neck of the woods. But I have great reservation about the prospects for, namely the fact that it was to perform with an orchestra was heard a lot of humans-try it largely without success; sneak peeks, I have seen Symphonicity Tour Sting on YouTube did nothing to help My concern.

As soon as Sting came to all of my concerns evaporated.

The sting has done, which is not an artist in my lifetime has managed with an expansive orchestral their music. He created a whole new life to his songs, Holy, not your spirit overshadow their, but compliments them.

A song that we all know and love to sing only just the Orchestra to subtle differences, Roxanne, "This Cowboy Song, and when we Danced all benefited from subtle Customizing. Fields of Gold, Every Breath You Take, Every Little Thing they were all amazing, even retroactively stripped Fragile a Message in a Bottle, were under their simplification.

Then came the "Moon Over Bourbon Street" and "Russians".

There were two songs, always skipped on my CD because I found them boring, always. But a warning about how they were created; throw an orchestra, them makes it easier to thread and differences! Frankly these two tracks alone was worth the price of admission.

The sting is an absolute Joy to watch and listen to one of these-creates the atmosphere that you want to just sit and absorb, but this is of course impossible, since he has not previously can be lulled into this space, he pulls out a line, riff or beat that gets you back with him and for the next thread.

It is one thing, most people don't exercise about the man. The sting is an excellent storyteller, and all we were enthralled by the stories of unrequited love, manslaughter, vampires & foxes.

Age has not changed the quality of his voice and has had such reduced, air will ensure that it quickly built up a contact from the crowd. Its crew were backing from Australian phenomenal amazing Jo Lawry, whose vocals were absolutely stunning, to his long time Dominic Miller and guitarist Rhani Krija.

His Orchestra was the incredible New Zealand Symphony Orchestra. For the first time since a long time that I have seen them live and I appreciate what they are extremely talented group. Entertaining and dynamic, they were almost as captivating as the man himself.

Symphonicity Tour Sting is an incredible Show, Sting is an amazing performer and was an absolute privilege to be there.
